We have a Family Lake House, so we know how much time and work goes into maintaining yours.  You shouldn’t have to spend your entire vacation working, with little or no time for fun and relaxation.  Our goal is to provide incredible and dependable service, so you can enjoy yourself when you are at the lake, and have peace of mind when you are not.  

‘At The Lake Concierge’ focuses on the following major areas that take away from enjoying your time at the lake:

  • The first is getting your Lake House ready at the beginning of the season.  Over the course of the year your windows, and the outside of your home can get awfully dirty.  We offer a window cleaning service that includes the inside, outside, screens, and sills.  To get the outside of the home looking great, let us Power wash your home, walkways, decks and dock.  And if you could use some assistance getting all the outdoor furniture and grill out of storage and set up, we are ready to help you with that as well. 
  • Our second focus is general cleaning: this includes dusting, vacuuming, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen, laundry, etc.  Cleaning should not be on your agenda during your vacation.  We do that for you.  Don't forget about your lawn. We can get the yard mowed and trimmed each week and have it looking great by the time you get there. 
  •  Next we focus on preparing your home for guests.  There are times when you open your Lake House to others, and want it to be presentable when they get there.  No need to make an extra trip.  We can get the house ready for your guests.  We'll make the beds, turn on the water and appliances, open curtains, and anything else necessary to make your home walk-in ready for your guests. ​
  • Finally, we focus on all those weeks and months you are away.  Your Lake House requires maintenance and upkeep throughout the year, and other times you just want to check on the house to make sure everything is safe and secure.  There’s no reason to make a long round trip drive to meet these needs; let us do it for you.  We have interior and exterior inspections available for those times you're gone, and we are happy to meet any contractors doing work at your Lake House while you're away.

A Little About Us:
We are a Husband and Wife team.  We graduated from DePauw University and have both worked for many years in Corporate America.  We have settled back in this area because we love this lake region, and the people who live on and around the lakes of Northeastern Indiana.  We enjoy spending our free time at our Lake House, soaking up the sun and being on the water.
