Prepared Meal Delivery

'Gainz Meal Prep' is a meal prep and planning service offering a variety of healthy and delicious prepared meals.  Each week a menu of 5 meals and their sides will be made available to order, as well as several a la carte items (coming soon).
From the 'Gainz' website, you are able to make your selection, which will then be delivered to your lake house.  You may have the meals cooked and ready to serve, or simply prepped and ready to cook at your convenience.

How to Order
  1. Look at the weekly menu and make selections based on your needs & schedule for the week. (CLICK HERE to see menus)
  2. Choose whether you want your meals prepped and sent with instructions for you to finish or cooked ready to heat and serve. Prepped meals will come with detailed instructions and most are ready to eat in approximately 20 minutes.  Also, select if you want your food packaged individually (think of it as us packing your lunch!), or family style, ready to serve to your family.
  3. Be sure to let 'Gainz Meal Prep' know about any allergies & custom requests you have (example- low carb, exchange the side). The majority of our food is already prepared without added gluten, or can be made that way when indicated. If you would like your meals made without added gluten , please specify this when ordering. 
  4. Select "Lake House" from the drop down box for your items to be delivered directly to your lake house.
Time Frame
Each week a menu of 5 meals and their sides will be made available to order starting Monday morning.  Make your selections by Wednesday at 5:00 pm.  Your food will be delivered that Friday.
